Your tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available. In this special pandemic period, it might take the courier longer time to generate the tracking number.

All our items are 100% waterproof. They will never tarnish or change color. If for some reason they do, this was likely a PVD processing error on our part and we will replace it for FREE.

Tips for caring for your Vera Jewelry:

• Avoid wearing jewelry whilst doing housework, yard work and any other kind of rough work. All jewelry can break or get scratched up.
• If your jewelry comes in contact with bleach or any highly acidic substances such as lemon juice wash with water immediately.
• Store your jewelry in a fabric lined case/box to prevent scratching.
• Do not store jewelry all together without all clasps being closed and separation, they will get very tangled and you will be very unhappy to untangle the mess.

• Jewelry cleaner: Use Vera Cleaner (available from us) or another brand name liquid jewelry cleaner for diamonds. Read the label clearly and follow instructions.
• Detergent bath: Prepare a small bowl of warm water and a mild household liquid detergent that doesn’t contain bleach. Brush the jewellery with a soft brush until you have created a lather around it. Rinse jewellery with warm water and pat dry with a lint-free cloth.
• Ultrasonic cleaning machine: There are many types of these small machines available. They will clean any piece of jewellery that can be soaked in a liquid within a matter of minutes. When the machine is turned on, a high-frequency turbulence is created.

However we are unable to ship to any active military bases at this time.

Your order will be shipped within 48 hours of purchase. Unless that day falls on a Saturday or Sunday. In that case it will ship on the following Monday.
